Shoe World started trading in the early 90’s as an entry level family shoe store. As time progressed we saw a gap on the industry and improved our strategy, by offering consumers better fashion merchandise.

In the early days managing the business with limited capital as well as trying to expand the company was tough, as the footwear business has many variables; from seasons and fashion trends, to colours and sizes. In order to provide our customers with affordable, quality merchandise we have to source from various reputable suppliers.

We open 7 days a week and offer a variety of multi branded footwear under one roof. As an independent retailer we offer a large selection of footwear from fashion items to daily comfort wear for all genders. So whether our clients are looking to dress up for a special occasion or dress down for a casual day at the mall, we have it all.

We offer our consumers footwear from medium to category. Our buyers follow and keep in touch with all the latest global fashion trends before placing purchase orders with our suppliers. Fashion conscience customers have and will recognise Shoe World for our latest trends as well as our multi branded selection of merchandise.

Today having our own distribution centre, enables us to deal with replenishments and better our customer satisfaction by keeping our prices reasonable and have a reduced number of lost sales.

Despite the tough economic climate and volatile currency, Shoe World has shown excellent results which has encouraged our management to consider expanding into different areas. Priding ourselves in customer service and satisfaction, we have seen an excellent rate of concluded sales once customers have entered our store.

Footwear outlets are represented in all shopping centers and Malls. Most Nationals and Chain-stores have footwear departments within their stores. Walking into our multi-branded store, our customers will find one of the largest ranges of footwear. Our procurement department has the toughest mandate and that is to make sure that all our customers have the sense of satisfaction with our offering. Customers should be spoiled for choice when visiting any one of our Shoe World branches.
