- Shipping off of orders
- Orders will be shipped off within 5-10 working days of order placement.
- Orders shipped off will be delivered by the courier service within 14 days of shipping.
- ShoeWorld will not be held responsible for any delays by the courier service in respect of delays of delivery delays for any reason.
- No refunds will be accepted due to delayed delivery by the courier service.
- All Goods purchased will be shipped to the customer at a standard fee of R90.
- ShoeWorldwill not be held responsible for any address errors provided by the customer, how-ever should an incorrect address be given the consumer will be liable for an additional courier charge to resend the product after it has been returned to ShoeWorldby the respective courier.

- Exchanges and Refunds
- Customers will be responsible for all courier charges to and from ShoeWorld for all valid exchanges
- Customers who wish to exchange a faulty product will be responsible for all courier charges to and from Shoe World, if exchanges are void of warranty or not of supplier defect nature.
- Customers will be responsible for courier charges to ShoeWorld for valid exchanges which carry warrantee or approved as supplier fault and ShoeWorld will courier the exchanged product to the customer.
